It's also a pleasure to visit MR ESTATE SALES! They have a wonderful team helping, who are happy to set aside treasures and hold them while you shop, and they provide a happy atmosphere of friendliness and fun. To me, the prices are very reasonable, and the best parts are how prices are reduced in the afternoon (usually 1:00 pm), and are then half price the following day! I've purchased many wonderful items from M&R over the years and truly enjoy shopping at their sales!

This estate sale is a cut above the rest! The staging is excellent . . . products are not "junky" like many estate sales. The environment is inviting . . . which includes beautiful flowers throughout the home and my favorite . . . great music! The guys who own this business are friendly and fun to talk to. I recommend them 100%!

Hello Michael and Ray,

I have never had to deal with the complexities and nuances of holding an Estate Sale so when I heard very positive referrals from SaddleBrooke residents recommending MR Estate Sale, I was not certain of just what to expect.

Since I am living in another state, it was going to be a big leap of faith for me to trust someone to handle this effort without my personal on-site involvement. I decided to take a chance with you and your team and am extremely pleased that I did! My advance conversations with you, recommending the delay in timing for holding the sale appear to have maximized the return achieved!

Communication with both Michael and Ray was never an issue, and if there were any questions I had for them they always responded in a timely manner. Similarly, if they had any questions for me, they did not hesitate to ask.

You and your team took care of everything including research, pricing, and even the inclusion of small little details during the sale, like providing hand sanitizers in the entry foyer, and having fresh flowers included in the presentation of the items contributed to an impressive sale event. The pictures on the website were all very professionally done and quite frankly, the items looked better in your setup than what they did in mine! You made the task appear easy, which I know it was not!

Your team’s research knowledge of some of the paintings, or collectibles’ history, like artist background and origins, was well received, and I am sure that the sharing of this knowledge contributed to the buyers’ understanding of their value, and ultimately led to their desire to purchase some of the items. Additionally, having a team member present at all times in each room containing items on display for sale I believe added to creating a feeling of a secure and safe environment for all during the sale.

Ray took the extra time and effort to personally call me after the sale had concluded and provided me with the opportunity to have him ‘hold’ any leftover items that might be meaningful to my family. He even handpicked out a few additional collectibles and jewelry to hold for me that I had forgotten were in the house. After pulling out those items, arrangements were then made to have liquidators take the remaining items so that everything would be cleared from the house. This was very much appreciated and made my task of then getting the home prepared for a Real Estate Listing that much easier.

I just want to say THANK YOU again to you both for not only your professional, courteous, and something that is very important to me, your SAFE handling of the Estate Sale held on 28-29 September 2024, but also to your support staff/team members for their professional and knowledgeable assistance during the sale! I have heard nothing but praise from anyone that attended the sale.

I understand that everyone’s situation is different, but MR Estate Sale was definitely the right choice for me, and I can’t offer high enough recommendations to anyone needing to pick an Estate Sale firm to handle their sale. Believe me, you won’t be disappointed!!

I could probably go on further, but I hope you can tell how impressed I am with their entire process. If I could give them a '10' Star Rating I would!

This is the BEST estate sale company you could possibly find! Michael and Ray are incredibly good at what they do. From their research to advertise reasonable prices to creating a safe and well displayed shopping space for the estate sale. Everything was priced and decorated so nicely. You can rest assure that you will get the highest net amount possible for your sale. It takes people with compassion and integrity to be in this line of business. MR Estate Sale is just that. As a realtor I've interviewed many companies in SaddleBrooke and I know I wouldn't recommend anyone else. It's been a difficult time to say the least for my client. Transitioning is by far the hardest chapter in our lives. Thank you for the great big smile my client had on his face when he received his check. Thank you for your compassion and all your hard work. We used MR Estate Sale to co-ordinate the move from our villa to an already furnished house. Michael and Ray gave us the best advice on how to approach the move. Always open for questions, friendly and organized, they find joy in helping others. They stage, price and sell all items, BIG or small. When the sale is over, all items will be gone and the rooms left in perfect condition. Leave the sale to Michael and Ray, they’ll get it done right!

MR Estate Sale

I recently moved within Saddlebrooke. I didn't move an entire household as I bought a furnished house and kept a lot of my own furniture. I thought I could do it myself and didn't need Michael and Ray. HA!

I had two back-to-back sales, on my own. It was exhausting and chaotic. I should have known from the beginning, I was in over my head. In Saddlebrooke, you need signage that states - "ESTATE SALE". No moving sale - no garage sale. Do you know that no one in town sells signs that say ESTATE SALE? You can't make signs by hand - the HOA doesn't allow it. They must be printed - but how? Sandwich boards to put them on - from where? I should have known I was in over my head. There is no exaggeration - I had hours into making those signs which didn't look professional at all.

It took days to attempt to "stage" the house for a sale. When the door opened Saturday morning - nothing resembled the MR sale. Missing was organization, flowers and candies and most importantly, their friendly faces. I was so exhausted from getting ready for the sale, I couldn't enjoy the sale or the wonderful people of Saddlebrooke who came to the sale. I sat in a chair - my legs and back killing me from days of work. There were no smiling faces like Michael and Ray ALWAYS have. I was a wreck and just wanted the day to be over with. Also missing, was the throngs of customers/friends Michael and Ray garner. There is something to having an established email list of recurring customers. When my sales were over, I was left with everything that didn't sell. I also was left with those same aching legs and back. I did't have a truck to haul it away - or boxes - or man power to clean up afterwards. It was SO MUCH WORK and SO LITTLE PAYBACK.

I'm going to die in my new house - don't ever want to move again and certainly don't want to work that hard again. Our kids don't want our "CRAP". They don't want to haul it back to their own home state and they don't want to deal with it. I have a file in my office with instructions for my daughter of what to do and who she should call..when that time comes - and it always does... I told her to call Michael and Ray. Their card is in my file.

Trust MR Estate Sale to take care of everything. Trust them to get the most money for everything and trust them to do it professionally and safely. They've been in business for a long time. They know what they are doing and know how to do it. They certainly make it look easy. Believe me - there is nothing easy about it and it isn't fun. Do it right the first time - let them organize, sell and complete your sale. Let them give you a huge check when its over and pour yourself another drink!
